Bomb Threat To Praja Bhavan

Amidst the election season, the Hyderabad police faced a significant scare earlier today due to a bomb threat issued to Praja Bhavan, located in Hyderabad.

An anonymous caller made a phone call to Hyderabad’s Police Control Room, stating a bomb had been placed at Praja Bhavan.

The bomb squad immediately arrived at the location and conducted a thorough search. However, no bomb was found. Finally, it was clarified that no bomb was present, and the threat was a hoax.

Recently, cities like Mumbai and Bengaluru have also experienced similar bomb hoax calls. Now, Hyderabad has joined the list.

The police are currently working to trace the caller’s identity and location. Thankfully, everyone was relieved to discover that there was no bomb at Praja Bhavan.

Praja Bhavan was previously known as Pragathi Bhavan and served as the official residence of former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao.

After the Congress party came into power, the current Chief Minister Revanth Reddy opened the place to the public and renamed it Praja Bhavan. It now serves as the residence of Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.
