Their performance will be assessed on the basis of the responsibility given to them. District Program Officer Rishu Raj Singh said these things in a meeting held in the Literacy Office.
He said that the education workers have been given the responsibility by the department to take children to school, give them coaching, make neo-literates literate, get unenrolled children enrolled and get deprived children enrolled in school.
Responsibility is not being carried out properly
During the review, it is seen that most of the Shiksha Sevaks are not discharging their responsibilities properly. In such a situation, their poor and good performance will be decided on the basis of the assessment of their work. In case of poor performance, along with the deduction in salary, they will also have to mark their attendance in the district.
He instructed all KRPs that laxity in this matter will not be tolerated. In the meeting, SRP Sanjay Kumar Madhu said that the education servants have to search for the deprived and unenrolled children and get them enrolled along with running the centers for neo-literates.
It is mandatory to provide photo of all works with notecam
Bihar News Also, it is mandatory to provide photos of all the works with a notecam. If the photos are not received on time, they are not available to the Directorate on time. The Directorate has given instructions several times since April to provide the list of neo-literates along with their Aadhar cards. Despite this, the list has not been provided by many Shiksha Sevaks till now.
The list of all Shiksha Sevaks has to be uploaded on Google Sheet within 24 hours, otherwise salary will not be paid. He instructed all KRP and team leaders to meet the failed students of class 10th and 12th as per the target and prepare their profiles and get the forms filled.
He said that their performance will be assessed on the basis of all these works. KRP Lalababu Rai, Pramod Kumar, Virendra Kumar, Shail Devi, Mandakini Kumari, Sunita Kumari, Karpura Devi, team leader Nek Mohammad Ansari, Manoj Kumar, along with the nominated team leaders and KRPs of all the blocks were present in the meeting.
