Jaipur, May 29 (HS). Rajasthan Public Service Commission has given an opportunity to make amendments in Vidhi Rachnaakar (Law and Legal Affairs Department) Competitive Examination-2024. Apart from the name of the candidate, father’s name, photo, date of birth and gender, other amendments can be made online from 29 May to 7 June 2024.
Joint Secretary of the Commission, Chetan Kumar Tripathi, said that the said examination is proposed to be held on 14th July. The opportunity of online correction is only a facility for the benefit of the candidates. Corrections will be valid only as per the eligibility conditions mentioned in the advertisement issued for the examination. The conditions of the advertisement will remain as before. Offline corrections will not be accepted.
Fee and procedure for online correction
The candidate seeking amendment will have to deposit a fee of Rs 500 through e-mitra/online banking. Online amendment can be made in the concerned examination by selecting the Recruitment Portal available in Citizen Apps by logging on to the Apply Online link available on the Commission’s online portal https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in or by logging on to the SSO portal. Candidates who apply even if they do not have the required qualification will be able to withdraw their application
Action can be taken against candidates who apply online despite not possessing the required educational qualification or experience under the Indian Penal Code and they can be denied the commission’s upcoming recruitment process. Therefore, such candidates can also withdraw their online application during the said period. For this, online application can be withdrawn by logging on to the SSO portal, selecting the recruitment portal and clicking on the withdrawal button available in front of the concerned examination under the My Recruitment section.
Assistant Professor, Librarian and Physical Training Instructor Exam
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission organized the examination of optional subject Economics under Assistant Professor, Librarian and Physical Training Instructor (College Education Department) Examination, 2023 at Ajmer District Headquarters on Wednesday.
Chief Examination Controller of the Commission, Ashutosh Gupta, informed that a total of 5106 candidates were registered for the examination of the said subject. Out of these, 1593 candidates appeared in the examination of Question Paper-I held from 9 am to 12 noon and 1588 candidates appeared in the examination of Question Paper-II held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
