The Lok Sabha election results will be announced on June 4th. Ahead of this, numerous political analysts and strategists have shared their predictions for Uttar Pradesh and the nation. Among them is India Today-Axis My India’s, Rajdeep Sardesai.
When asked about the political landscape in Uttar Pradesh and nationwide, Sardesai shared his insights. He noted that Yogi Adityanath remains popular in Uttar Pradesh, with significant public support. Meanwhile, Akhilesh Yadav has made strategic ticket distributions, but Sardesai does not foresee a major upset in the state.

Sardesai also commented on the national scenario, predicting that the BJP would win around 280 seats. He emphasized that most people in the country desire stability, which they associate with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government.
While there may be localized discontent, the general sentiment is not against Modi. Therefore, the BJP is likely to outperform the opposition in this election.

Sardesai’s conservative estimate suggests that BJP could secure between 280 to 320 seats. If BJP exceeds this range, it could potentially achieve an even higher number of seats, reinforcing its position in the Lok Sabha.
