Reflecting on the upcoming match against Pakistan, Rohit drew on past experiences, noting that their recent encounters in the Asia Cup and World Cup held earlier underscored the familiarity and the competitive nature of matches between the two sides.
“Nothing changes, we played against them seven months back in Asia Cup and World Cup,” he said.
Addressing concerns about facing tough moments, Rohit emphasized the team’s resilience and commitment to the collective cause, putting the team’s objectives ahead of personal setbacks.
“We thrive in difficult moments. Blows are secondary, team cause is first,” Rohit said on getting hit during T20 World Cup opener against Ireland
Considering the influence of playing conditions, especially in New York where the match is scheduled, Rohit expressed his intention to adapt his game accordingly while maintaining a balanced approach.
“I want to play my game in balanced way, depending on conditions. Conditions do matter, especially in New York,” he said.
