Due to the rapid changes in the visa policy, students from India who used to take admission in foreign universities declined in high numbers.
Indian students were hesitant to apply to UK universities for Master’s degree due to stricter visa regulations implemented earlier this year, because this visa will restrict them from sponsoring their families and also it’ll be a hassle for them to change their Visa into work visa until they finish their studies.

According to India, USA ,UK , Canada these places are a destination, which has a better opportunity for the future.
American universities attract a large number of Indian students, and last year, the US consular team in India issued over 1,40,000 student visas.

America gives high priority to student visas because it knows people-to-people ties last a lifetime,US envoy Eric Garcetti had told PTI in an interview late April.
In 2023, the US Mission to India issued “more student visas than in 2018, 2019, and 2020 combined.”

Currently, the latest is that there are about 2,70,000 Indian students in the US, and that makes up “more than a quarter” of the total international students there.
After issuing a record 1,40,000 student visas last year, the US consular team in India is all geared up to meet the expected rise in number of applications from Indian students in 2024.
