Despite the compact dimensions, the Cloud EV will have 5-seats layout. The minimalistic design approach will continue inside the cabin as well. The major attraction is the floating screens with a large centrally mounted touchscreen and a digital display for the instrument cluster. There will be a fully reclined front seat backrest – called “sofa mode with 135-degree backseat recline”. In Indonesia, the Cloud EV is offered with a 360 degree camera and ADAS tech.

In global markets, the MG Cloud EV is available with two battery packs – a 37.9kWh and 50.6kWh – offering range of 360km and 460km, respectively. The powertrain setup also includes permanent magnet synchronous motor, fitted at the front axle, producing power worth 134hbp. As of now, there is no clarity on which version will be brought to India.
