Vijay Sethupathi’s Maharaja became the first choice of moviegoers in Tamil Nadu and Telugu states. This film which has already collected more than 55 crore rupees is still going super strong at the box office. The actor is aggressively promoting the film and he wants more audiences to watch it.
In a recent interview, Vijay Sethupathi was asked if there are certain things he doesn’t like to do on screen while playing villain roles. “There are many things. It all depends on how the stories are told. People can tell any story, but it must have ethics. The character of the villain should also have some ethics,” he said.
Character should not hurt anyone’s sentiments. Actors and directors may have different opinions and emotions. But when you’re making a film, you’re making it for everybody. We have to work very carefully. For example, we should not support superstitions.
