Ducati is gearing up to launch the Multistrada V4 RS in the Indian market. The ADV has already been listed on the brand’s India website. The Multistrada V4 RS is the most powerful, road-biased version of the Multistrada. It rivals the BMW M 1000 XR. At its heart is the same 1,103cc V4 engine that powers the Streetfighter V4 and the Panigale V4 superbike. It produces 180 BHP @ 12,250 rpm and 118 Nm @ 9,500 rpm. But, it’s not just about the engine. The Multistrada V4 RS uses a lightweight titanium subframe with electronically adjustable Ohlins suspension at the front and rear. The bike rides on 17-inch Marchesini forged aluminium wheels, while braking is handled by twin 330 mm discs at the front and a single 265 mm disc at the rear. The Multistrada V4 RS comes with four power modes: Full, High, Medium and Low, and four riding modes: Race, Sport, Touring and Urban. The bike is also equipped with traction control, wheelie control, engine brake control and an Akrapovic exhaust.
