Bombay High Court has ordered the release of the minor in the Pune Porsche accident. What was the whole matter?

Two young IT professionals were killed in an accident in Pune city on May 19. A minor boy hit two youths with his high speed Porsche car, both of them died in this accident. The collision of the high speed car was so strong that the boy and girl riding on the bike were thrown several feet up. The other side of this incident is such that a family was completely engaged in covering up the misdeed of their wayward child. After which this matter came into the headlines.

Earlier, while hearing the case, the Bombay High Court bench has said that the families of the victims are in shock. But the teenager who caused the accident under the influence of alcohol is also in shock. Naturally, it must have affected his mind as well. The court was hearing the petition of the boy’s aunt, in which his release was demanded on the basis of his arrest. The bench of judges Bharti Harish Dangre and Manjusha Deshpande had reserved its order for Tuesday. On which the court pronounced the release order today.

Why did the matter suddenly come into the headlines

Within hours of his arrest, the minor was granted bail on the condition that he write a 300-word essay on road safety. The bail order angered many and the police demanded that the order be amended. The bail order was later amended as the matter escalated and the boy – whose parents and grandfather were also arrested for bribing the police and conducting fake blood tests – was released on bail. Tampering with evidence also came to light in the case.
