The shockingly steep downfall of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is a case study in itself, as he went from being a Chief Minister with 151 MLAs to not even holding the position of opposition leader (11 MLAs) in just 5 years. Telangana CM Revanth Reddy has reportedly analyzed Jagan’s downfall and briefly discussed it during his recent trip to Delhi.
According to a newspaper clipping, Revanth Reddy believes that the public has taught Jagan a valuable lesson for his misrule. He pointed out that Jagan’s ambitious plan to completely uproot the TDP backfired severely, resulting in his own YCP being uprooted instead.
Revanth reportedly sees Jagan and his YCP as “closed chapters” in light of the public’s resounding verdict against them. He highlighted that Jagan’s oppressive governance led to numerous industries and companies shutting down due to his hostile policies.
From this, it is evident that Revanth Reddy closely monitored the Andhra Pradesh electoral campaign and has a deep understanding of what contributed to Jagan’s downfall. He urged Telangana Congress leaders to avoid similar actions at all costs.
