Warangal: Panchayat raj minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka on Saturday directed officials to speed up work of newly-constructed medical college and collectorate complex building in Mulugu district.
The minister, accompanied by district collector T.S. Diwakar, inspected the ongoing construction of both the buildings.
The minister enquired with college principal Dr Mohan Lal about the courses will be run in and the strength in each course and the facilities firr students.
The construction work of the collectorate complex building should be completed by December. Officials can then build offices. The construction of the road to the collectorate also must be completed as early as possible, she said.
She directed officials to speed up the construction work of both the buildings and complete them on war-footing by deploying more workers, if needed.
RDO Satypal Reddy and area hospital superintendent Dr Jagadishwar were present at the site.
