Anudeep found huge success with Jathi Ratnalu, marking a blockbuster debut in Tollywood. However, his subsequent film, Prince, did not live up to expectations and faced box office failure.
Despite setbacks with planned projects featuring Venkatesh and Ravi Teja falling through, Anudeep is now reportedly gearing up for a film with Vishwak Sen.

Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta of 14 Reels Plus will finance the project. An official announcement is expected soon, with shooting scheduled to commence next year.
Vishwak Sen is more of a massy and intense actor. He is good at the straight-faced/poker-faced comedy genre in Tharun Bhascker type of films but Anudeep’s genre is slapstick, silly, and over the top.

Naveen Polishetty did a fantastic job at raising laughs in Anudeep’s Jathi Ratnalu in the innocent and dumb character but it is tough to imagine Vishwak Sen in such a genre. We have to see how Vishwak Sen adapts himself to Anudeep’s ludicrous world of comedy.
This project presents Vishwak Sen with a fresh opportunity to demonstrate his versatility and acting prowess in a genre that he never tried.

Meanwhile, Anudeep is also not in a good position now after the Prince debacle. The goodwill he earned from Jathi Ratnalu has almost vanished and he has to start from scratch and re-establish himself as a credible filmmaker.
We have to see how this Vishwak Sen and Anudeep combination pans out.
