Senior IPS officer Sunil Kumar is involved in controversy. Sunil responded on Twitter (X) about the FIR registered against him. He questioned the point of registering an FIR in a case that was rejected by the Supreme Court. MLA Raghurama said that he is leaving it to wisdom. TDP leaders expressed their anger over Sunil’s posting on social media.
They are questioning whether such posts should be made on social media after an FIR has been registered. TDP leaders claim that doing this is contempt of court. They also argue that it is a violation of Rule No. 7 of the All India Conduct Rules. TDP leaders complained to the government about Sunil’s post and demanded that the government consider his posting and suspend him.

It is known that a case has been registered against former Chief Minister Jagan along with a senior police officer. Raghurama Raju filed a complaint against Sunil Kumar, who previously worked as CID DG. A case was registered by the Guntur city police based on Raghurama’s complaint.
