President Donald Trump has approved an account to collect donations for the supporters and families affected by the tragic assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania rally. The funds will go to those grieving and recovering from this event.
The high-profile fundraiser has already raised nearly $4 million for the victims of the attack. Notable donors include Dana White and Kid Rock.

The fundraiser was organized by Meredith O’Rourke, Trump’s top finance person, and aims to support those “wounded or killed” in the incident.
The original goal was $1 million, but over $3.919 million has been raised from more than 52,000 donations.

One person, Corey Comperatore, a firefighter and Trump supporter, was killed, and two others were critically injured. The two injured men, aged 57 and 74, are in stable condition.
Trump is recovering after being injured in the right ear when a gunman opened fire with an AR-15-style rifle from a rooftop. The gunman, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, was killed by law enforcement.

Top donations include $50,000 each from The Heritage Foundation, American Hartford Gold, UFC CEO Dana White, and singer Kid Rock. Other notable contributions include $30,000 from Vivek Ramaswamy, $25,000 from the Scaramucci family and $15,000 from Ben Shapiro.
