Jetty Harika, a 25-year-old veterinary doctor from Tenali, recently lost her life in a road accident in Oklahoma, USA. Harika had been pursuing higher studies in veterinary medicine for the past year and a half.
Her grieving family, including her father Jetty Srinivasa Rao, a tax department employee, and her mother Nagamani, are now waiting for the Indian Embassy to repatriate her body. They have appealed to the government for urgent assistance in bringing Harika’s body back to Tenali for her final rites.
