The box office success of “Kalki 2898 AD” filled Prabhas with new enthusiasm. He once again demonstrated that he is the only Telugu star capable of commanding massive openings in Telugu states, the Hindi market, and overseas.
Meanwhile, he is preparing to begin production on two new projects later this year, as well as continuing to work on another film that has been in the works for some years. Director Prashanth Neel intends to start filming “Salaar 2” in August, and Prabhas will have to join the shooting. This will be his first film after the release of “Kalki 2898 AD”.
Prabhas will also start working on filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi’s period drama before the end of the year. These two films are new ventures that Prabhas will start in the coming months. He’ll also have to finish Maruthi’s “The Raja Saab” as well. The film’s shooting has been progressing for many years.
On the other hand, filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film will begin in 2025.
