Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has decided to appoint an Executive Assistant who completed his MBA to assist every Minister in the cabinet.
The Executive Assistant who will work in the Peshis of the Ministers will help in the administrative affairs.

This post is not present earlier and will be employed on Contract Basis.
These Executive Assistants will study the issues pertaining to the concerned Ministry and will come up with suggestions and advice to better the Public Satisfaction.

In the recent cabinet meeting, Chandrababu Naidu told the Ministers not to consider any recommendations or pressure in these appointments and strictly have them appointed on merit.
During Jagan Mohan Reddy’s regime, there used to be advisers who used to draw salaries and allowances in Lakhs of Rupees.

While they are Advisors, they do not have the proper expertise to give any meaningful advice. Most Advisers never even had a cabin and had never been into the Secretariat as well.
He had a record number of them who were appointed only for Political purposes and to reward them with Lakhs of money from the state exchequer.
Unlike that, Chandrababu Naidu is keen on bringing meaningful additions to the administration.
