Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is currently acting in an untitled film, which is his 21st film (#NKR21). Directed by Pradeep Chilukuri, the film wrapped up an extensive action sequence over a span of thirty days. The makers built a special set in Hyderabad.
The film’s climax sequence was recently canned with a budget of Rs 8 crore. The other highlight is that almost 1000 junior artists participated in the sequence during the shoot.
The film is filled with intense action and showcases senior actress Vijayashanthi in a powerful role as an IPS officer. Bollywood actor Sohail Khan plays another key role. Saiee Manjrekar is the heroine.
Under the banners of Ashoka Creations and NTR Arts, Ashok Vardhan Muppa and Sunil Balusu produce the film, which Muppa Venkaiah Chowdary presents.
Ajaneesh Loknath is the music director. Though the makers have yet to announce the title, “Merupu” is under consideration.
