Krishna District Police have launched a search operation for former MLA Vallabhaneni Vamshi. According to the news reports from Krishna District, Police have been searching for Vamshi in the case relating to attack on Gannavaram TDP office.
Vallabhaneni Vamshi, who had defected from TDP to YSRCP during YS Jagan’s tenure, had used all his might to decimate Telugu Desam Party in the area. Though he did not participate personally, it is widely believed, basing on his support alone, his followers had attacked TDP office. Besides attacks on TDP cadres, Vamshi’s badmouthing of CM Chandrababu Naidu has also not gone down well with TDP supporters.
However political scenario has changed after YSRCP Govt gave way to TDP Government in AP. As Vallabhaneni Vamshi earned the wrath of TDP cadres, Chandrababu Naidu Government has ordered Police to take action in Gannavaram TDP office attack case.
According to the case details, Vallabhaneni Vamshi is A71 in the case. Already about 18 accused have been arrested in the case. Now Police have been searching for Vallabhaneni Vamshi. As Vallabhaneni Vamshi stays in Hyderabad, Krishna Police are searching even in Hyderabad and putting a vigil on even Vamshi’s family members movements.
Going by the developments, it appears the arrest of Vallabhaneni Vamshi is imminent.
