New TVS Ntorq Race XP Bookings Open – What to Expect?

TVS Motor Company has released a new teaser of an upcoming variant of the Ntorq 125 scooter. The teaser shows the model in all-black bodywork, suggesting it will be a special Black Edition. However, the official website listed the new variant as TVS Ntorq Race XP. It will be the third model from the indigenous two-wheeler maker, following the Apache RTR 160 4V and RTR 160 2V.

The scooter’s special Black Edition version will be painted in an all-black theme with blacked-out front apron, side panels, and mudguards. The teaser also reveals that the booking window for the Ntorq Race XP has been opened.

No other changes are expected to be made to this special edition. The TVS Ntorq Race XP will continue to use the 124.8cc, single-cylinder 3V oil-cooled engine, delivering a peak power of 9.25bhp and 10.5Nm of torque. It will offer two riding modes – Street and Race.

Compared to its standard counterpart, the scooter’s new Race XP variant with sporty black treatment will surely be priced at a slight premium. The standard version is currently available within the price range of Rs 89,641 – Rs 1.06 lakh (all ex-showroom).
