Team India is currently on a well deserved one-month long break from cricket. Well, the ODI series loss against Sri Lanka is a bummer but the T20 World Cup win still shines bright.
India will be back in action again from 19 September for a series against Bangladesh which could well be considered a useless one at this point in time.

India will be playing a couple of tests and 3 t20s against Bangladesh in an elaborate series starting from the mentioned date.
Needless to say, this is going to be a series of no value to the team or the viewers. India will anyway whitewash Bangladesh on home turf and moreover, the tests are in domestic pitches which would mean that there would be no challenge either.

The T20 series is also going to be a bummer as India might not even field its full squad.
The men in blue must mainly be pitted against the likes of Australia, England, New Zealand and South Africa. Or even West India and Afghanistan for that matter. Games against Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will be of very little value for the players and viewers alike.
