Decided to change the Rear steering plan to hydrolic steering with control union from the tractor. Removed the old rack and pinion and steering rod linkages.
Hydrolic arms fit perfectly, have to make new brackets to fit them.
Fabrication of linkages for the front rack continues, collected almost all star joints and steering columns from my scrap and found a suitable one. Did some rearrangement of joints and finally got the perfect one for the job.
The steering box design is still in search of a perfect ratio.
I am using this tractor hydrolic union for the rear steer direction of the steering control shaft is not a problem, by changing the oil out I can change the direction.
