The collections for action film ‘ ‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’ ‘’ have dropped a bit in two Telugu states since it just managed to garner Rs 3 crore plus net collections on day two. “There is a drop in collections and even the talk is mixed,” says a distributor who claims that the film made Rs 6 crore on day one. “For two days, it collected Rs 9 crore plus in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and it has to pick up faster to race ahead at the box office,” he adds.
With rains in many places in two Telugu states, the collections are going to take a beating further and it has to draw big collections this Saturday and Sunday to move to a safer zone for producers and distributors. “Despite rains battering various places, the collections have to shore up because the first weekend is crucial for action movies and they shouldn’t lose its momentum,” he points out.
After playing a doting father in ‘Hi Nanna’ went for a makeover and indulged in daredevil action, yet the plot is not convincing enough to justify his anger, he concludes.
