Tollywood’s interesting crime comedy thriller “Mattu Vadalara 2” is one of the latest films to hit the theaters this week. Let’s see the review of this film directed by director Ritesh Rana with Sri Simha as the hero and Satya in the other lead role.
Story:
As a link to the previous movie, both Babu Mohan (Sri Simha) and Yesudasu (Satya) join as agents in a He Team (Head of Emergency) when there is no job money. And that head will work under the lead (Deepa) Rohini. They lead their lives by solving kidnapping cases and smuggling some money out of it. At this time a missing case comes to them. How did the life of Babu and Yesudasu turn from this case? What is the slave drug circulating there? How are Babu and Yesudasu stuck in the murder case? Who is behind this? You have to watch this movie to know if they escaped or not.
Plus Points:
It is known that the first part Madheet Vadalara had a craze in the audience. It can be said that this film which came as a sequel has also provided promising entertainment. Especially the comedian Satya is once again the show stealer.. He stole the show with his performance. His comedy timing in the film is more dosed than the first part.
The audience enjoys every scene with him. Also, his mega treat in the second half. Interestingly, the good dancer in him is also seen in this movie. Also, Sri Simha once again excelled in his role. Not only the gestures of his character Taluka but also he appeared in good personality and did full justice to his role. Also, all the scenes between him and Satya are hilarious.
It should also be said that heroine Faria Abdullah impresses as a solid lady in his team. Faria impresses throughout the movie with her looks but also the glamor show. Along with them, it must be said that Vennela Kishore did crazy in his role. Some comedy scenes and thrill scenes on him are good. Along with them, Sunil, Ajay, Rohini and others have done well in their roles. Also some twists in the movie, as well as Ori Na Kodaka scenes and small comedy details in many scenes will please the movie lovers.
Minus Points:
It must be said that the reason why the first part of this film became a good hit is that the thriller elements along with the comedy are perfected. But this time the comedy moments have worked out well but the thrill elements would have been a little more exciting. What is in this movie is also okay but compared to what was in the first part, something seems to be missing.
Also some thrill scenes seem routine. It must be said that the story twists in the second half are the same. Also, I feel that it would have been better if there were a few more scenes of Ori Na Kodaka, the favorite serial of many in this movie.
Technical category:
The production values are good in this film and once again music director Kala Bhairava has given solid work in the technical team. His songs and score match the mood of the film. Also the cinematography and main dialogues are good. Editing is also good.
And when it comes to the director Ritesh Rana.. it should be said that once again he has tried to provide his trademark comedy thrills. It must be said that even the comedy scenes have been designed in a unique way with funny little details. Also the written thrill line is good but it doesn’t seem very engaging. This factor seems to be in the okay range. Also, the pre-climax in the second half, everything before the climax seems a bit dull. Apart from this, he did a good job in the movie where he showed his command of comedy.
Verdict:
Overall, it can be said that Madhu Vadalara 2, which came as a sequel to the crazy comedy thriller Madhu Vadalara, is also good. It must be said that Satya, including Simha as the main character, is the biggest highlight in the movie. As far as comedy is concerned, the film has worked out well. Thrill elements are also good but this aspect feels a bit routine. With these, movie lovers can enjoy watching this movie once.
