Considering the ongoing festive season, Renault India has introduced the new ‘Night & Day’ special edition of its three models – Kwid hatchback, Triber compact MPV, and Kiger compact SUV. Bookings for these limited editions will begin nationwide from tomorrow (17th September, 2024). A total of 1,600 units of these models will be sold for a limited time period. Based on their entry-level RXL trim, the Kwid, Triber and Kiger Night & Day editions have received a sporty black treatment on the exterior along with a range of new features.
The Renault Kwid Night & Day edition, available with manual and AMT gearboxes, is priced at Rs 5 lakh and Rs 7.25 lakh, respectively. The Triber and Kiger Night & Day editions, which are available only with manual transmission, are priced at Rs 7 lakh and Rs 6.75 lakh, respectively. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom. Compared to their regular counterparts, these special editions are approximately Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000 more expensive.

So, what comes at the additional cost? Renault’s new Night & Day editions are available in a dual-tone Pearl White paint scheme with sporty black A-pillars and a black roof. There is a piano black treatment on the front grille inserts, wheel covers, and badging. Buyers will also get a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity, along with a rearview camera. With the Renault Triber Night & Day edition, rear power windows are also included.
The engine mechanism remains unchanged. The Renault Kwid hatchback is powered by a 1.0L naturally aspirated petrol engine that delivers 68bhp. The Renault Triber MPV uses a 1.0L naturally aspirated petrol engine, producing 72bhp. The Renault Kiger compact SUV is available with 1.0L naturally aspirated and 1.0L turbo petrol engines, delivering maximum power of 72bhp and 100bhp, respectively.
