Bookings for the bike are already underway nationwide for Rs 499. The company has confirmed that deliveries of the Revolt RV1 will begin on 27th September 2024. The 2024 Revolt RV400 has received a new Lunar Green color as an update and is priced at Rs 1,39,950. These prices include the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme (EMPS) subsidy. All mentioned prices are ex-showroom.
The Revolt RV1 comes in four different colors – Cosmic Black Red, Black Midnight Blue, Black Neon Green, and Titan Red Silver. While the RV1 is equipped with a 3.24kWh battery pack and offers a claimed range of 100km, the RV1+ variant also uses a 3.24kWh battery pack but promises a range of 160km. Both variants are powered by a 2.8kW mid-mounted electric motor. The RV1 offers a top speed of 75kmph.
With the RV1+ variant, you get a fast-charging option that enables the battery to charge from 0 to 100% in 1.5 hours. The new Revolt electric bike comes with a chain drive and two riding modes – Eco and City, along with a reverse mode. The suspension setup of the RV1 consists of a conventional telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers. The bike’s stopping power comes from 240mm front and rear disc brakes. It is equipped with 90-section front and 110-section rear tubeless tyres.
The new Revolt electric bike features a digital instrument cluster, similar to the RV400, displaying information related to speed, time, battery level, and trip/odometer readings. It also has built-in charger storage. Key design elements include a small round headlight, wide handlebars, a raised fuel tank, a crash guard, a metal grab rail, and a long single-piece seat.
