The best is indeed saved for the last as the Indian film industry is gearing up for these highly-anticipated films to end the year with a bang.
First, it’s the NTR starrer Devara: Part 1, set to release later this month on 27 September. While NTR’s each project is highly anticipated on its own, the audience will also be eager to see Saif Ali Khan and Jahnvi Kapoor’s debut in the Telugu industry.

Speaking of debuts, Bobby Deol will also step foot in Tamil cinema starring opposite Suriya for the first time. The fantasy action film Kanguva will finally hit the big screen on November 14 after getting shelved due to the pandemic.
Before that though, the audience will witness the return of Rajnikanth and Amitabh Bachchan on the big screen together in the Tamil blockbuster Vettaiyan. With a star-studded cast including Fahadh Faasil and Rana Daggubati in the mix, the hype for the film is skyrocketing before its release on October 10.

The audience is also hyped for the much-awaited sequel Pushpa 2 set to release at the end of the year on 6 December. After the success of the first installment, the producers have given this project massive backing with a budget of ₹500 crore, making it one of the most expensive Indian Films.
Finally, we will end this blockbuster list with a big Diwali clash between two highly-anticipated sequels, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again, set for release on November 1st. While BB3 will have the return of Vidya Balan in the lead, Singham’s third installment is set to introduce Deepika Padukone into Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe.
