Megastar Chiranjeevi is one of the richest actors of Telugu cinema. The actor made wise investments on lands and he also owns some of the expensive properties in Hyderabad. The Mega actor has purchased a 5.5 acre property in Ooty recently. The property stands on a hill with an excellent view of the valley surrounded by tea gardens.
Chiranjeevi bought this property for a price of Rs 16.5 crores and it is located in the outskirts of Ooty. Several businessmen and celebrities own properties in this region of Ooty. Ram Charan and Upasana too visited the property recently and the family is in plans to construct a lavish farmhouse very soon. The needed permissions are acquired currently. On the work front, Chiranjeevi is busy with Vishwambara and the film is slated for Christmas 2025 release.
