NTR’s recent release Devara got a price hike along with extra shows during the Dasara holiday weekend. Taking the advantage, the film had a dream run and completed ten days of its theatrical run. With Dasara holidays around, Devara is quite decent on its second Monday. The distributors have slashed down the ticket prices from today and the footfalls are decent across the Telugu states today. With Dasara holidays till next Sunday, Devara is expected to contribute well till the end of this weekend all over. NTR and the film’s director Koratala Siva are quite delighted with the response and the box-office numbers of Devara.
Devara is also expected to have a strong third weekend during the Dasara season. Devara featured NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Srikanth and Prakash Raj in the lead roles. Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts are the producers while Anirudh scored the music and background score for Devara. Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan, Gopichand’s Viswam, Sudheer Babu’s Ma Nanna Superhero, Suhas’ Janaka Aithe Ganaka are the films releasing next weekend.
