Gopichand and director Sreenu Vaitla’s “Viswam” hit theaters today. The film failed to receive even a 20 percent opening in Hyderabad and other key areas.
Gopichand has been going through a rough period. Sreenu Vaitla, the director, is not currently experiencing any popularity. The film failed to get any buzz before the release. As a result, the film received virtually no openings in major cities such as Hyderabad.
Despite the Dasara holiday period, the morning shows were unable to generate any revenue. There were no advance bookings in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.
The reviews and word-of-mouth will decide its fate for “Viswam.”
