In the upcoming battle at the box office Jigra will compete against Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video (VVKWWV). Film Pundits and cineplex owners feel that Rajkumar Rao’s film is going to beat Karan Johar and Alia Bhatt backed Jigra.
They also have some solid reasons to believe the same. Jigra has a running time of over two hours which is much longer than Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.

As this is a festive season a lot of audiences might just be looking for a simple entertainer rather than a serious film. VVKWWV is a thorough comedy and has an appeal as a family entertainer.
On the other hand, Jigra might be showcasing Alia in a never seen before avatar but it is really intense for the festive season. Dharma Productions has made every effort on the marketing front but the film’s content might fall short because of its seriousness.
