There is no respite for Choreographer Shaik Jani aka Jani Master, who was arrested in a sexual assault case. Once again, he had to face disappointment in the hearing of his bail petition.
The Rangareddy POCSO special court heard the arguments on Jani Master’s bail petition today. Upon hearing the case, the court reserved its judgment.

The verdict will be delivered on October 14. Until then, Jani Master has to serve his remand at the Chanchalguda Central Jail.
A 21-year-old choreographer, who worked as Jani’s assistant, filed a case against him alleging that he had been sexually assaulting her for many years.

As she complained that he raped her since the day she was a minor, a POCSO case was filed against Jani and he was arrested by Hyderabad police in Goa.
Later, he was put under judicial remand at Chanchalguda jail. Recently, he got an interim bail in the case as he was supposed to receive National Award for Best Choreography.

However, his award was suspended as the POCSO case against him is pending in court. Thus, Jani Master had to go back to jail and serve his remand.
