Allu Arjun‘s High Court Petition: Completely Unnecessary Now

On the last day of Campaign of 2024 Election, Allu Arjun surprised everyone by going to Nandhyal to support his friend Shilpa Ravi who is a YSR Congress candidate.

This happened when Pawan Kalyan has positioned against YSR Congress and also when Chandrababu Naidu himself is campaigning in Nandhyal on the same day.

A Section of Mega fans were completely displeased with Bunny for supporting Pawan Kalyan‘s rival. Allu Arjun also landed in a legal soup for this tour.

Fans congregated in Big Number at Shilpa Ravi‘s Residence causing huge Traffic Jam in the area. Section 144 and Section 30 of Police Act are in place in Nandhyal and huge congregations are not allowed without Permission. So, a case was registered against Allu Arjun for a violation.

Allu Arjun approached the High Court requesting to Quash the case. The court may hear the case tomorrow. The timing of this Petition is unnecessary.

Allu Arjun has Pushpa 2 releasing in one and a half month. A Section of Mega fans are targeting Allu Arjun big time. It is happening from the last Six months and only in the last couple of weeks, they are getting diverted to some other topics.

Allu Arjun should have allowed the issue to go out of their minds completely before the release of Pushpa 2. So that there is no unnecessary diversion before the movie. It is not that this can damage the film but will be an unnecessary disturbance.

This petition would only keep the issue alive. This is a petty case and will not have any serious implications. We have many such cases on many leaders pending for years.

For an instance, a similar case was registered on Chandrababu Naidu and a few TDP leaders in Aurangabad, Maharashtra during their visit to Babli Project in 2010. The case is going on till date.

Unless there is a legal advice to Allu Arjun saying the petition is most urgent at this time, this move is unnecessary.
