Lucknow: The city recorded 56 new dengue-positive patients on Tuesday. These patients were registered from the community health centres in various areas, including nine cases from Chandernagar, eight cases from Aliganj and seven cases each from Indiranagar and Silver Jubilee. Five cases were reported from NK Road, while four cases were reported from Aishbagh and Sarojininagar.Additionally, three cases each were reported from BKT, Chinhat, Mohanlalganj, Gosaiganj, and Tudiyaganj.
Health officials conducted surveys in over 1,000 houses and issued notices to eight house owners with mosquito breeding grounds. Anti-larvae chemicals were sprayed in various locations of the city, including Kakori, Kaiserbagh, and Jankipuram.
