Hyderabad: The 17th National Competition ‘Kolor Champ-24’, featuring talented children from major metros including Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Delhi and Jaipur, will be held in Hyderabad on Sunday, October 27 at SR Classic Convention, Shamshabad.

Being organised by Global Art, the national art competition is aimed to develop artistic and creative potential of children. Participants, aged 5 years to 15 years, will create art on the topic that will be announced on the spot.


The art works created by children during earlier Global Art competitions were selected by WWF to feature in campaigns for Save the Tiger and Climate Change. The art works of children are also displayed at the 2nd World Ministerial Conference with delegates from 13 countries in Bali, Indonesia, earning Globalart certificates of appreciation. The competition also holds a Limca Book of Records, Dinesh Victor, Founder and MD, SIP Academy India, the force behind Globalart in India, and Ajin Thong, Co-Founder and COO of Globalart Worldwide from Malaysia, said.

Amit Krishn Gulati, an award-winning industrial designer and a visiting faculty at the National Institute of Design (NID) Ahmadabad is chief guest.
