Hyderabad: Some parts of Hyderabad experienced intense downpours on Tuesday, leaving key areas waterlogged and bringing traffic to a standstill in Jubilee Hills, Khairatabad, Madhapur, Kukatpally, Rajendranagar, Chandrayangutta, and Begumpet.
Within GHMC limits, Secunderabad recorded the highest rainfall at 15 mm, followed by Musheerabad at 9.2 mm, Uppal at 8 mm, Begumpet at 7.3 mm, Moosapet at 5.4 mm, and Serilingampally at 5.2 mm.Outside the city, Puttapahad in Vikarabad received 46 mm rainfall, followed by Pangidi in Khammam and Dandumailaram in Rangareddy, receiving 42.8 mm.
Meanwhile, Balaram Thanda in Suryapet received 38 mm, Soilpur in Wanaparthy with 34.5 mm, and Nagireddypet in Kamareddy and Kondangal in Vikarabad, each receiving 34.3 mm. Light to moderate rainfall was also reported in Vikarabad, Khammam, Rangareddy, Wanaparthy, Kamareddy, Narayanpet, and Adilabad.tnn
