On the occasion of Prabhas’s birthday today, the makers of his next film, Raja Saab have unveiled a motion poster. This poster gives the first real look into the world of Raja Saab.

All the posters and glimpses released thus far had a colorful vibe. But the poster today is completely different as it packs a horror touch. Prabhas has undergone a makeover in terms of looks.
The intention behind the poster is evidently to give a first dive into the horror side of the film and establish Prabhas’s characterization through the same. The aesthetics are unlike any other when pitted against Prabhas’s previous works.

The motive is to introduce this facet to the audience beforehand and keep them prepared for what’s to come.
There is some criticism on the CGI bits in the motion poster related to the hand movement of Prabhas. This is alright for a motion poster but better output is expected once the teaser and trailer come out. The teaser will give us the real impression about Prabhas’s looks and VFX part in the film.

Moreover, Prabhas, being an elite superstar, doing a horror comedy is out of the ordinary. It takes guts to try something in this zone at this point in time. The onus is on Maruthi to execute the product with the best possible presentation and packaging.
What appeared to be a regular commercial drama has now opened up a new portal through this birthday poster. Maruthi is cooking something outside the expected zone and we will get a better view of it on the 10th of April when the film hits the big screens.
