Vijayawada: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Andhra Pradesh will host ‘SOUTH CON 2024’ in Vijayawada on August 24th and 25th, 2024. Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the conference at Ayana Convention Center in Kankipadu. G Ram Reddy, secretary of CREDAI national, and Alla Siva Reddy, chairman of CREDAI Andhra Pradesh, announced in a media conference on Thursday that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will release a detailed report on the construction and present market scenario in South India, prepared by JLL.CREDAI expects around 700 delegates from five south Indian states to participate in the conference. Credai Trichy to conduct FairPro property fair from August 9
Credai Trichy chapter held a three-day property exhibition called FairPro 2024, showcasing around 2,000 RERA-approved projects, including villas and apartments from 24 city-based promoters. Held at Kalaiarangam wedding hall from August 9 to 11, the event featured properties priced from Rs 30 lakh to Rs 3 crore. Banks were present to provide on-the-spot housing loans for eligible buyers.
