East Coast Railway to operate special train from Visakhapatnam to Danapur on November 4


A special train from Visakhapatnam- Danapur-Visakhapatnam will be operated by East Coast Railway from November 4 to clear the extra rush of passengers.

Train no. 08520 Visakhapatnam – Danapur Special Express will leave Visakhapatnam at 9.10 a.m. on Monday (November 4) to reach Simhachalam at 9.25 a.m. and leave at 9.27 a.m.; Vizianagaram at 10 a.m. and departure at 10.05 a.m.; Srikakulam Road at 11 a.m. and departure at 11.02 a.m. to reach Danapaur on the next day at 11 a.m. (Tuesday)

In the return direction, 08519 Danapaur– Visakhapatnam Special Express will leave Danapaur on Tuesday at 12.30 p.m. on November 5 to reach Srikakulam Road on the next day at 12.55 p.m. and departure at 12.57 p.m.; Vizianagaram at 1.55 p.m. and departure at 2 p.m.; Simhachalam at 2.40 p.m. and departure at 2.42 p.m. to reach Visakhapatnam at 3.45 p.m.(Wednesday).

This train will also have halts at Palasa, Brahmapur, Balugaon, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Jajpurkeonjhar Road, Bhadrak, Balasore, Hijli, Midnapore, Bankura, Adra, Asnsol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih, Jhajha, Kiul and Patna.

The train will have 3rd AC coaches- 2, Sleeper Class coaches-12, General Second Class sitting coaches-5; Second Class-cum-Divyangjan coaches -2.
