Boggula Sailu (54), was sentenced to life imprisonment in a POCSO case for sexually assaulting and impregnating a minor girl in 2020

Hyderabad: A local court on Wednesday sentenced a man involved in POCSO case to life imprisonment. The court also imposed a fine of Rs.5000 on him.
The man, Boggula Sailu (54), was arrested by the Bowenpally police in 2020 for sexually assaulting and impregnating a minor girl. The police registered a case and the investigating officer C Anjaiah, filed a charge sheet before the court.
After hearing the case, the court sentenced Sailu, the life imprisonment (spent remainder part of his life in prison) and imposed a fine of Rs. 5000.
