Shriya Saran has acted in many Telugu blockbusters. She started her career with “Ishtam” in Telugu in 2001 and continued her top game until recent years. She acted opposite all the top stars of Tollywood, including Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, NTR, and Prabhas.
In a recent interview during the promotion of a Hindi web drama, Shriya recounted an incident that occurred during the filming of “Naa Alludu.”
“I was working on a massive film that included NTR, Genelia, and myself. The producer was a funny guy. He was constantly concerned about the film exceeding its budget. On the last day of the production, he jumped into a lake in Hyderabad. Nothing happened to him. Somebody saved him,” she stated laughing.
She said such things happen all the time.
“Naa Alludu” featured NTR as the hero and Shriya and Genelia as the heroines. Giri and his wife Bharati produced the film. Directed by Vara, it was a flop.
