A luxury Porsche, lacking a licence plate, caused chaos in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, after it veered off-road and crashed through the boundary wall of KBR Park. The speeding vehicle smashed the park’s iron grills and ultimately collided with a tree within the park premises.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday, November 1. Witnesses described the alarming moment as the car narrowly missed several pedestrians, including cancer patients, caregivers, and homeless individuals resting on the nearby footpath. The sudden incident triggered widespread panic as people scrambled to avoid the speeding luxury sports car.
There were no significant injuries to the occupants as the car’s airbags deployed, but the driver abandoned the car and fled the scene immediately after the collision.
Visuals from the scene of the accident showed the luxury sports car mostly mangled after crashing into the KBR Park compound grille. A few other visuals show the car in the process of being towed away.
