According to the notification, BDS final-year students admitted during the 2020-21 academic year in dental colleges affiliated with KNRUHS in Telangana, as well as students from previous batches who have failed, been detained, or not registered for earlier final-year examinations, are eligible to appear for the BDS final-year exams, provided they meet the necessary regulations.

Hyderabad: The BDS (Bachelor in Dental Surgery) final-year regular examinations will commence from January 2, 2025, Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) in its examination notification released on Friday said.
The BDS final year students admitted during the academic year 2020-21 in dental colleges affiliated to KNRUHS in Telangana State and also students of previous batches who have failed/detained and not registered for the previous final year examinations are eligible to appear for BDS Final year examinations subject to the fulfilment of regulations, the notification said.
The students must have 75 percent attendance in both theory and practicals separately in each subject and those who have not successfully completed the previous BDS examinations cannot appear for next higher BDS examination.
The cut-off date for calculation of attendance percentage of the students is up to November 25, 2024 and the process of uploading attendance percentage and internal assessment marks of the students will be taken-up between December 3 and 5, 2024.
