Citroen India has introduced a limited edition of the Aircross SUV, based on the Plus and Max trims. Named the Citroen Aircross Xplorer, this special edition comes with two accessory packages: the Standard Pack and the Optional Pack, priced at an additional Rs 24,000 and Rs 51,700, respectively. Both packages, available for a limited time, provide cosmetic enhancements and additional features over the regular model.
The Standard Pack includes Kakhi-colored inserts and decals on the rear doors, faux air vents on the bonnet, illuminated door sills, ambient lighting for the footwells, and a dashcam. The Optional Pack offers two exclusive features in addition to those in the Standard Pack: a dual port adapter and a rear entertainment screen for the left-side passenger.
When factoring in the additional package pricing, the Citroen Aircross Xplorer Edition is priced between Rs 10.23 lakh and Rs 14.79 lakh (Standard Pack) and Rs 10.51 lakh and Rs 15.06 lakh (Optional Pack).
No mechanical changes have been made to the special edition. Similar to the regular model, the Citroen Aircross Xplorer Edition is being offered with the 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine and 1.2L turbo petrol engine options. The naturally aspirated motor produces 82bhp, while the turbocharged engine offers 110bhp. Both manual and automatic transmission options are available.
