Visakhapatnam: The state govt on Saturday transferred and posted 37 IPS officers of different ranks.
Vizag city got new deputy commissioners of police (DCPs) for two divisions while Vijayawada got new DCP for law and order-I.
Tuhin Sinha, who was superintendent of police (SP) of ASR district, has been posted as DCP for Visakhapatnam-II. West Godavari SP Ajitha Vejendla has been transferred and posted as DCP for Visakhapatnam-I.
On transfer, SP Ananthepuram Gowthami Sali has been posted as DCP (Law and Order-I), NTR Police Commissionerate.
K V Maheswara Reddy, OSD Rampachodavaram, is posted as SP of Srikakulam, replacing GR Radhika, who is directed to report to the DGP office for further posting.
Vakul Jindal, SP of Bapatla, is posted as SP of Vizianagaram, replacing M Deepika, who is posted as SP of Anakpalle district.
V Ratna, commandant of 6th Battalion, APSP- Mangalagiri, is posted as SP of Sri Satya Sai, replacing SV Madhava Reddy, who is posted as SP of Parvathipuram Manyam district.
On transfer, Vikrant Patil, SP of Manyam, is posted as SP of Kakinada, replacing S Sathish Kumar, who is posted as SP Guntur.
Similarly, Tushar Dudi, SP of Guntur is posted as SP Bapatla.
Amit Barda, who is waiting for posting, is posted as SP of ASR district. D Narasimha Kishore, chief vigilance and security officer, TTD, is posted as SP of East Godavari district, replacing P Jagadeesh.
V Vidya Sagar Naidu, groups commander, Greyhounds, is posted as SP Annamayya district, replacing B Krishna Rao, who is posted as SP of Dr BR Ambedkar Konaseema district, replacing S Sreedhar.
R Gangadhar Rao, SP of CID is posted as SP of Krishna district, replacing Adnan Nayeem Asmi, who is posted as SP of West Godavari by replacing Ajitha Vejendla.
K Pratap Sivakishore, ASP-Chintapalle of ASR district, is posted as SP Eluru district, replacing D Mary Prashanthi.
K Srinivasa Rao, DCP-Jaggaiahpeta of NTR police commissionerate is posted as SP Palnadu, replacing Malika Garg, who is posted as Commandant of 5th Battalion, APSP- Vizianagaram.
AR Damodhar, principal of PTC-Ongole, is posted as SP Prakasam, replacing Garud Sumit Sunil. G Bindu Madhav, who is waiting for posting, is posted as SP Kurnoolm replacing G Krishnakanth, who is posted as SP Nellore, replacing Arif Hafeez.
