The Prabhandak Committees of Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Guru Nanak Marg, Ashok Bazar, Afzalgunj, and Gurudwara Saheb Secunderabad have come together to ensure a grand celebration, according to a press release.

Hyderabad: Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji birthday celebrations (Prakash Utsav), the first Sikh Guru and founder of Sikh Religion, will be celebrated on a grand scale in the city from November 11 to 15.
Prabhandak Committees of Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Guru Nanak Marg, Ashok Bazar, Afzalgunj and Gurudwara Saheb Secunderabad have joined hands to make the celebrations a grand success, a press release said.
Two grand colourful Nagar Keertans will be taken out by Gurudwara Saheb Secunderabad at 4 pm on November 11 and another from Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Guru Nanak Marg, Afzalgunj at 4 pm on November 13. On the day of Prakash Utsav celebrations on November 8, a Vishaal Deewan will be held at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally from 10.30 am to 4 pm on November 15.
Prabhandak Committee, Presidents, S Baldev Singh Bagga (GSS), S Satvinder Singh Bagga (GSGSS) and General Secretary S Jagmohan Singh (GSS), S Harpreet Singh Gulati Secretary and other committee members said the Nagar Keertan on November 11 wil be taken out from Gurudwara Saheb Secunderabad and proceed via Manohar talkies, Clock Tower, Bata, Patny Circle, Kingsway, Monda Market, Alpha Hotel.
Another Nagar Keertan will be taken out from Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Afzalgunj and will pass through Afzalgunj, Siddiambar Bazar, Jambagh, Putli Bowli, Central Gurudwara Saheb Gowliguda.
