Hyderabad: A man was allegedly murdered by his brother-in-law over a financial dispute in Mailardevpally on Saturday night. The victim, Mohammed Saif, 30, had loaned Rs 1 lakh to his relative, Ismail, an auto driver, who failed to repay it. Saif called Ismail to discuss the issue, and after meeting near his home in Shama Colony, an argument ensued.
In a fit of rage, Ismail allegedly hurled a boulder at Saif, causing fatal injuries, according to ACP P. Srinivas of Rajendranagar. Police arrived at the scene and shifted the body to the mortuary for a post-mortem.
