Vijayawada: Vinukonda MLA G V Anjaneyulu and MLC Panchamarti Anuradha were appointed as chief whips in the assembly and legislative council on Tuesday.
Along with the chief whips, the govt appointed Bendalam Ashok, Yanamala Divya, Bonda Uma, Datla Subbaraju, Dr Thomas, Jagadeeswari, Kalva Srinivasulu, Madhavi Reddappa, Ganababu, PGVR Naidu, Tangirala Soumya, and Yarlagadda Venkat Rao as whips from TDP.
From Jana Sena, Bolishetti Srinivas, Bommidi Nayakar, and Arava Sridhar, while Adinarayana Reddy from the BJP were appointed as whips in the assembly.
Vepada Chiranjeevi Rao and Kancharla Srikanth from TDP and Pidugu Hariprasad from Jana Sena were appointed as whips in the council.
