Hyderabad:Food inspectors of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) conducted surprise inspections at Moghal restaurant in Lakdikapul and Dine Hill hotel in Masab Tank on Wednesday evening.
During inspections, officials found that the hotels were storing cooked food in refrigerators and reheating it before serving it to customers, raising concerns about food safety. They were warned of strict action if they fail to to serve freshly cooked food to customers.
The hotels were also operating without valid trade and food licences.
